Right after college, I met this incredible team and felt their energy immediately. What stood out was that it is a Heirarchy-less organization, which makes it easier for someone new like me to contribute freely and learn from everyone. My opinions are valued, and that has made all the difference.
I lead digital strategy, ad campaigns, and content across platforms, managing everything from full-funnel marketing to creative direction and analytics. I also get to collaborate with professional agencies, which brings fresh perspectives and adds even more fun to what I do.
I am always in motion, constantly thinking up new ideas and how to bring them to life. Food? Honestly, I might just be surviving on ideas and caffeine.
I began in finance, but curiosity led me to education. While working first with US edtech companies and later with an AI leader in learning, I saw the incredible potential of technology to transform how students engage with knowledge. That journey inspired Asymmetrical Learning.
When I’m not building better ways to learn, I’m writing short stories, spending time with my kids, chasing our cat Tiger around the house, or exploring the wild outdoors of Tadoba.
I’ve transitioned from the certainty of regulatory pharmacy to the imaginative world of creative expression. Writing, which was always a quiet passion, is now my main focus.
At Asymmetrical, I lead the in-house creation of books and our beloved Booktern magazine. My background in methodical approaches helps me build fit for purpose products and methods that truly engage young readers.
I’ve learned that creativity flourishes through diverse forms of expression. When I’m not writing, you’ll find me painting, backpacking, or lost in a book. Sometimes, in my imagination, I’m doing all three at once.I’m also a proud mom to a young daughter, and if you catch me in the right mood, there’s a good chance you’ll get a bit of witty banter too.
My team often talks about books and stories, and that feels right at home for me. I come from a family rooted in media and marketing, and I have always loved reading, so being here is a natural fit.
What I enjoy most depends on the people I am with, because the right team brings out the best in everything. I work closely with our partner schools to ensure that teachers and students not only understand our platform but also use it with confidence and joy.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom to two wonderful daughters and Bagheera, our playful dog. I also enjoy free-spirited travels that open the door to new places and experiences.
I stepped away from work when my child needed me most. Now that he is older, I’ve returned with a mission to share what I’ve learned as a parent and a reader.
At Asymmetrical, I work closely with Principals, Directors, and Parents to introduce our platform and spark meaningful conversations around reading. A book lover at heart, I enjoy sharing stories and watching students discover the joy of books for themselves.
The most rewarding part of my work is welcoming new students and seeing their curiosity grow. With my son now in college and regular travel between Pune and Mumbai, I get to visit schools across both cities and connect with more young minds every day.
Education has always been an important part of my life. I grew up in a home where learning mattered deeply. As the daughter of a passionate teacher, I was encouraged to express myself clearly and write neatly, values that still guide me today.
At Asymmetrical, I work with both schools and government departments to understand the unique needs of India and Bharat. In a country as vast as ours, technology-led rural education has the power to shape a stronger and more inclusive future.
From sparking interest to closing a deal, I enjoy every part of the sales journey. And each year, I find time for my own inner journey with a visit to Girnar, a space that helps me reflect and recharge.
I focus on connecting educational solutions with the people who need them most, whether it is a parent or a school. In our fast-paced and collaborative environment, I find constant energy and inspiration from interacting with students.
I also enjoy the entire sales journey, from spotting a lead on a sheet to watching it turn into a conversion on the dashboard. There is something satisfying about seeing that whole process come to life.
Outside of work, I love spoiling my dog Scooby and spending time in my hometown of Nashik. It is the perfect mix of work, play, and a lot of love.
As the newest member of the team, I have had a front-row seat to the fast pace and constant changes in education. It often makes me wonder how things ever worked before technology became part of the equation.
I’m a Software Developer at Asymmetrical, focused on front-end development. I enjoy building user-friendly, responsive interfaces that not only look good but also work seamlessly across devices. There is usually music playing in the background while I code because I believe a little rhythm makes everything better.
When I am not writing code, I am most likely traveling and discovering new places.
I work remotely and sometimes miss the energy of in-person interactions. But the beauty of what I do is that I can be anywhere and still make meaningful tech contributions. As both a mother and a technologist, I get to see both sides of the coin and understand what each one truly needs.
I write code that usually works and occasionally dazzles. Solving complex problems with clean, simple solutions is what I enjoy most. I also play the role of part-time debugger and I’m always just a call away, ready to jump in and untangle even the trickiest challenges.
I lead the tech side of things at Asymmetrical. I believe in clarity because it cuts through the noise and keeps us focused on what matters. When everything around me feels zigzag and full of energy, almost like a room full of curious kids, I know it’s my job to stay clear-headed, bring order, and keep the priorities straight. My goal is to keep our platform sharp, secure, and smooth so it stays one step ahead.
Before this, I worked on the Pune Metro ticketing app. When I’m not deep in code, you’ll find me chatting with kids in the neighborhood and solving tech problems together.
I believe in action and in making things work. At Asymmetrical, I focus on building strong connections with Parents, Teachers, and Principals. These conversations help surface real challenges in education and guide us toward thoughtful, effective solutions.
One of the things I love most is reading stories to children. Seeing their eyes light up reminds me why this work matters and takes me back to the joy of reading with my own curious child, who showed me just how powerful a good story can be.And yes, a warm cup of masala chai is always within reach, my little ritual to keep the day on track.
